Learning Yogi was started with a very simple mission: To build a world where every child has access to high-quality education, regardless of their circumstances of birth. The Learning Yogi Foundation strongly believes that the purpose of 21st-century education is not just to learn, but for children to learn HOW to learn.
Enter Atlas Mission. A first-of-its-kind educational game designed to help children learn all the curricular and non-curricular skills needed to succeed in the 21st century. The game involves your 3 – 7-year-old child taking part in an epic adventure along with his or her friend Atlas Finch™, the traveling Robot!
Each mission involves games designed to significantly improve your little one’s skills in the following key areas – Vocabulary, Spelling & Reading, Writing, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math), 21st Century Skills (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving & Coding). The Atlas Mission educational game for kids also includes a large number of age-appropriate stories that will further improve your child’s reading skills.
As critical as core skills in reading, math, and science are, the Learning Yogi Foundation believes that it is not enough for children to only be familiar with them. The education system today doesn’t factor in the importance of skill-based learning. We are trying to change that at Learning Yogi.
Creativity, conflict resolution, confidence, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving is critical to 21st-century learning. A strong curricular-based education reduces the risk of poverty, but life skills enable a child to make the right choices and become leaders of tomorrow.
Is education enough to be a leader? With millions of children around the world struggling in the same job market, it’s the leadership skills that they bring to the table that set them apart from the rest.
We are enabling an ecosystem where every child actually has equal opportunities in this world, a platform where every child is equipped with the necessary skills to take responsibility and end the cycle of poverty, once and for all.
